Foundations Class
Qigong practice focuses on Qi, in a narrow sense, our bodies life-force and an important component of health, wellbeing, and vitality. This class focuses on the first two methods of Yuan Qigong and supplementary exercises, such as breathing techniques, and self-healing. We mix it up a little, focusing on different areas and techniques, all for the purpose of building a strong foundation to enable you to be able to make change to life, improve health and Qi, and develop the heart and consciousness.
Class time:
Thursdays 8am – 9am NZ time
Casual $20 10 sessions $150 (they don’t need to be consecutive)
Awaken your HeartÂ
Taught with Sabine Margesin, this class focuses on awakening the natural qualities of a healthy heart (Xin) by developing qualities, such as trust, openness, love, gratitude and true respect. This is a discussion group focusing on the 7th Method of Yuan Qigong, a series of guided meditations for supporting us in this work. Please message me to join this class and get the zoom link.

Changing Patterns
This Class focuses on the 8th Method of Yuan Qigong, Ling Yuan, the method for changing patterns.
Sundays 8am – 9:30am NZ time
